the family room was clean and spacious. it’s right by the main road - super close to shops and public transport. loved having a little bench outside our unit. room service was great too. we enjoyed good wi-fi and a nice tv for movie nights with the kids.

the hotel was near a pub, servo and fast food outlets, public transport, fast food & restaurants and fountain gate shopping centre thanks to its particularly good and convenient location. all of the staff were helpful, affable. had good sleep at the double room on couches.

Everything was good, accommodating staff, favourable location so close to public transport, many eateries and main highway intersection. I had a new-fashioned room with a queen sized bed, couches. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were provided. I appreciated the city and hotel, would stay there again.

This hotel is a great value for money, located close to a variety of eateries and public transport. the beds were comfy, and it was a quiet place to sleep, which we really appreciated. We found it quite clean overall, with a nice setup for family stays.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was convenient for our needs and the room was spacious with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large shower. We appreciated the security cameras in the parking area and had no trouble finding a spot to park our car. Despite being close to a main road, the hotel was very quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spotless with plenty of amenities including a microwave, kettle, toaster, and a small amount of crockery and cutlery.

Stayed here over Easter and had a great time. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of a service station and a pub, and just a short drive to a large shopping centre. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the free onsite parking.

That it could get a little noisy at times, especially during the night. There seemed to be a lot of cars coming and going in the area.
